Every meal is 100% pure vegetarian, with Jain and Swaminarayan options always available.
Our weekly menu features the comforting classics of a Gujarati home — Chole Puri, Dal Fry with Jeera Rice, Guvar Bataka Sabji, sweet-and-tangy Gujarati Dal, seasonal Mixed Veg Sabzi, and soft hand-rolled rotlis with dal and rice. The kitchen comes alive as early as 6:00 AM so every tiffin is freshly prepared from scratch, without preservatives or frozen shortcuts, using traditional recipes passed down through generations.
